Hermoso hotel ubicado a solo unas cuadras del centro. La atención del personal fue super amable, nos dejaron box de desayuno preparados ya que al otro día salíamos temprano. Lamentablemente nos quedamos solo una noche y nos quedamos con ganas de disfrutar más. Hermosas las instalaciones. Lo volvería a elegir !

Exôtico Beach Hotel dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Puerto Viejo. Our whole stay felt surreal. The Hotel is located in a forest area right next to the main road, but you feel like you are on island by yourself. The surrounding area is filled by the echoes of birds, monkeys and beautiful nature. The beach is just 5 min walking distance from the Hotel and you get the feeling the beach is just yours, we went to swim everyday and there were just a handful of people on the beach. The hotel it self has a open restaurant with the pool view, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was really good. The pool is also amazing and clean. The room is fairly sized, cleaned everyday and modern with good WIFI. The staff was really helpful and polite. One of the best stays we ever had :)

Selva is really nice and gave us a lot of good tips for places and what to do during our stay! Breakfast is amazing and the pool is really nice :)

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to all the extremely professional staff and a special thank you for the person in charge of selecting the staff. I can speak indefinitely about how beautiful the property is and about the unique location on the best beach in the area. It wouldn’t have been the same without all the efforts of the staff. Staying in AWA allows you to experience the wildlife of Costa Rica without leaving your hotel. Howler monkeys , sloths , beautiful frogs and birds are hanging out right over you head :)

Location is awesome. Really cool mini-hike in the backyard. Breakfast is super nice with different things every day. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay and the ocean view was amazing from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful and we could tell the father and daughter team take great pride in their place, with everything being so clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe during the day and at night. The pool area is really nice and breakfast was so good delivered to our room at our specified time. The location is perfect for for being able to explore the whole area.........I could be very happy staying a week here with the little kitchen, view and really great owners.

This place is an exceptional and unique experience. The staff is highly professional and hospitable, the area is insanely beautiful. There is only one restaurant which I expected to be mediocre because of the lack of competition. Oh how wrong I was. All the food was gourmet and of exceptional quality, price wise it wasn’t cheap, but it was great value for what you get.

Very clean accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness definitely exceeded our expectations. The whole place is very well maintained, super clean. It's a great location almost at the beach, and walking distance to the centre of Cahuita and the Cahuita National Park. There was also an opportunity to rent bikes, free of charge, which was a great addition to our stay. We had a fantastic time staying at New Caribe Point. Definitely recommend! :)
