All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Front Desk staffs/reception were very friendly, helpful and patient to answer any quiries. Would like to thank especially Mr Taha for his helpfulness and assistance. Staffs very responsive and quick to act. 2) Was given an upgrade for my booking to the pool access. Great view, great pool, welcome fruit basket and drink. 3) Room is spacious, clean, well decorated with 2 comfortable beds. Room Wifi is excellent. 4) The entire hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing since no family kids, with multiple pools, pool bars and lovely sandy beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from for your dinner meals. 5) A wonderful place to eat, drink and relax with the all inclusive package. Stayed 2 nights which was too short but could not extend because fully sold out during this period. 6) Only about 15 minutes to Hurghada Airport from Hotel. Very safe to walk around in the area. 7) Excellent cocktail- mojito and Mocktail- Florida which we like the most. Great Chocolate Ice cream as well. 8) Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in Hurghada because is serene, quiet and relaxing without much noise due to couples 18 only policy which is great.

Free WiFi is available in the entire property. Hotels base on all-inclusive concept and offer kids Aqua Park on site. Service was exceptional! The staff is very kind and also the management, Mr. Mogib, was wonderful. They really listen and will do everything to give you a great experience! Even my birthday got celebrated. The Spa is amazing as well, my masseuse named Reem, really knows what she was doing and was very kind as wel. I booked 3 massages and 2 scrub because of it! At the buffet restaurant you had so much choice, and it was very tasty! Also here the service was great! 10/10 for me for service!! I will come back!
