The hotel seemed to anticipate our needs every step of the way and we felt like we were treating ourselves to a luxe vacation. Welcome drinks at the front desk, a beautifully designed hotel and room, breakfast with lots of unique offerings, snacks and water in the room, and lots of little unexpected surprises. The location was just perfect, beautiful beach, we strolled the dunes, and being at an adults-only hotel was quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was such a relaxing and refreshing stay and we loved every moment. Definitely recommend this hotel!

BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

Definitely will be coming back whenever we find ourselves back in Gran Canaria
