The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Plaza Mayor, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It truly made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication with the property managers. They were consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The suite was clean, modern, and cozy — ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the value for money was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The location was fantastic because we were just a bit off the plaza and it was quiet. The staff was amazing. Saray helped us track down our lost bag from the airlines, they booked reservations at restaurants for us, answered questions regarding using the metro, etc. We cannot say enough about the service and how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stays.

The hotel is a stylish boutique with good taste imterior decoration. Staff is super helpul. We had an early morning flight and thus arrived way before the due check-in time. We were exhausted and to our amazement the staff gave us a room! Really appreciated the flexibilty. Room is very clean and the water pressure of the shower is just superb. Location is also the top, with an array of restaurants and eateries just outside the door. Metro station is 5 mins walk, very convenient. All in all, we had a great stay.
