Found in Scotland’s Cairngorms National Park, Scandinavian Village in Aviemore offers high-quality accommodation beside these rugged mountains. The accommodation was excellent. We felt at home here. The facilities are perfect and also suitable for a longer holiday. Everything was very clean. The reception is very caring. The location is perfect, in the Highlands, and important shops are within walking distance of a few minutes. The best accommodation on our trip, we would have loved to stay. An extra plus: The facility is working on sustainability.

The hotel room was modern and extremely clean, beautiful decoration and fully equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable stay. We first arrived for one night and ended up staying 3 instead. At the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant and a great pub that are open all week long. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location allows for plenty of fee parking options, and it was near all the best spots around. Definitely recommended!

This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside. Everything was superior to many places we stayed. The level of hospitality was delivered with constant humour and helpfulness.

Welcome to Ravenscourt House, a charming family-run guest house offering 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms. It was a lovely stay at the Ravenscourt House. The two hosts Nick and Chris took care of absolutely every need we had. Delicious breakfast, cozy rooms, delightful service and a good sense of humor. If you are looking for a good place to stay in the cairngorms - that is the spot. Highly recommended! We will be back :) Ali & Franziska
