The design and decor - there were real candle lit in the foyer and Jacks and the restaurant which gave it a great feel The staff - The front desk staff were super friendly The food was incredible and the Jacks Bar staff and cocktails were exceptional! Bed was super comfortable and the room decor was very stylish

The Pipers’ Tryst offers bedrooms decorated in a Scottish theme, and feature en-suite facilities with a bath and double-headed rainfall shower. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, a desk and tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed in the standard double room and the bed was massive, easily a king sized bed. The room was spacious and clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is only about a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. It's not a huge hotel but that's actually a positive in my opinion, gives it a more personable experience.

Individually designed, each room at Hotel Du Vin Glasgow features a luxurious bed and a modern bathroom with a deep bath and large shower. what a magnificent hotel. every room is different. all have so much character. this old building feels a bit like hogwarts. I am sure some of the stairs moved, and some of the pictures talked. we spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really a gem but it was fun looking for it). breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get but the room and the buffet are beautiful. staff is amazing, funny, smart, nice and professional. I would definitely come back. hopefully soon.

The views are gorgeous, and the weather is great. I found. the service, amenities and facilities to be excellent. Even at night when we needed to go to the grocery store Gillian took us there in her car. Not to mention that they have given us snacks and prepared the sauna for us whenever we needed them. I would definitely recommend them. If you are a big family you can reserve the two cottages if you want the place all on your own. I went with my friend there and we enjoyed the stay. The place is suitable for everyone, friends, families, honeymooners, etc.
