The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very cozy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality – it really felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and I’ll surely come back on my next trip. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
