Great coffee and drinks at the bar, and one of the best massages ever at the spa, with attentive and very capable staff. The room was exactly as advertised, with a big bathtub , lots of space for stuff, kettle , big mirror, huge closet space.

Wonderful view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with local produce, free parking, sauna, jacuzzi. The owner was very friendly and caring, he provided everything we needed to have a great stay.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Nice staff, very nice rooms, great breakfast and city centre in walking distance.

I couldn't wait to write this review :) The hotel feels magical. It's so elegant, stylish, beautiful — and unique. It feels like a modern castle — yours for the time of your stay. I spent 25 min just taking pictures of the lobby on the second floor. Couldn't get enough. You feel like a part of a story you are reading. Every little detail in the room was very well thought through — and, again, beautiful and stylish. Also, the lake is super close — and the hotel itself is leisurely set in the town center of charmning Ioannina. Honestly, I didn't want to leave.
