The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. Set on a sprawling 7 acres of landscaped gardens is the luxurious Trident Gurgaon with its 5 dining options, large courtyards, reflection pool and fountains. Located in the business district of Gurgaon, it is a 2-minute walk from DLF Tower. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and made me feel welcome at all times. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi.
