Theres something called customer satisfaction and there's something called customer delight and then there's W goa. I was travelling for my son's first birthday and W was just WoW!!! Special mention for chef Sunny who cared for every little details in the food and his desserts were to die for. Jasraj also who ensured my little one had the perfect first birthday! The whole staff ensured luxury and comfort unparalleled in Indian luxury hotels so far!

Having a private butler at our service made us feel like royalty, and the option to have a chef on call for meals was a delightful touch.
