The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was flawless. We even received water and biscuits for our journey home upon checking out. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was just steps away from the lake and close to all the major sights, yet peaceful and serene. It was the ideal place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Bled. We had plenty of space, location was great - near the centre of town but also near the hiking trails. Parking space is available in an underground garage and it worked really well with license plate recognition. Check in was automatic and smooth. Communication with host was quick and easy. Overall, a lovely experience and we d surely return!.
