Since it was the start of the season, there were very few guests, so I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great service. One nice example of their customer focus — while I was at the pool, the staff happened to be cutting the grass nearby, which was a bit noisy. They later apologized and offered me a glass of prosecco as a compliment, which really showed their attention to guest experience.

During our stay, she was available to answer any additional questions we had. And, I had quite a few about the local area. When we left, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location was perfect with only a short walk to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa.
