The hotel is new — everything looks great and stylish. The staff actively asks for feedback and really tries to make your stay comfortable. The "room" I booked was more like an apartment, with a studio kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you might need. It also had two showers and two toilets, along with all the essentials for the bathroom. Since it was the start of the season, there were very few guests, so I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great service. One nice example of their customer focus — while I was at the pool, the staff happened to be cutting the grass nearby, which was a bit noisy. They later apologized and offered me a glass of prosecco as a compliment, which really showed their attention to guest experience.

Location is very nice and central, 15 min walk from main train station and very close to leaning tower. there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. small minibar included in the price and additional drinks which are in the lobby. room size and bathroom was very good. in overall it seems very new and refreshing.

And, I had quite a few about the local area. When we left, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location was perfect with only a short walk to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa.

Boasting a large spa with natural hot springs, Bagni di Pisa is a historic property with pool set in San Giuliano Terme, 6 km from Pisa. It offers luxury rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a gym. The place is beautiful and very kid friendly. Kids could join us for all the pools and some of the spa activities, they even got kids’ size bath robes. Check out was late and enabled more time in the pools in the morning and breakfast was good. Staff are all extremely friendly.
