The rooms are large and have comfy beds. The location is perfect - close to everything! 5 minutes from the Old City and 5 minutes from the commercial center featuring the latest Italian fashions. But the piece de resistance and heart of the hotel is its staff - I was very impressed at their pro-customer approach at all times. From little things like welcoming you back to the hotel every time you come back to more complex issues which required going out of their way to help. We really appreciated everything and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Europa.

Good breakfast. Beautiful rooms! We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony. The hotel is located in the city center. You can follow the city life from the balcony. Very helpful and nice host. You feel very welcome here. We can definitely recommend this hotel. We loved it!

Claudio was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. He sent helpful video instructions to find the room and was available to help at all times. He even made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant nearby which turned out to be the best meal of our Italy trip. Loved the cafe breakfast next-door where we had a cappuccino and Apulian pastry. Overall- a perfect experience.
