Rooms offer free Wi-Fi.... Everything. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower was the best I've had in a long time. Breakfast was fantastic. My stay was out of season so the price was very very good for what I got. I was sorry I could only stay for one night this time.

I slept like a baby, I've never got such comfortable pillow even in 5 start hotels! I need to buy same to my home! Interior design also took my attention in a very positive way - somebody has a very good taste and share it with the guests. For sure I'll return to Elisas' place with my family

The Demo Hotel is truly stunning—every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, a lovely park, and a variety of great restaurants. The nearby park makes this place especially ideal for guests traveling with a dog—our walks surrounded by greenery were a real highlight. The host, Mr. Piero, deserves special mention. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything you might need. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy lounge where guests can enjoy both hot and cold drinks in a relaxed setting. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, great location, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it.
