This was a great stay, very little detail was perfect from the lovely smell of the reed diffusers in the bathroom to how well the kitchen was equipped! The bed was cosy and everything was nearly arranged for our arrival. The jacuzzi was nice and warm and the host had even switched on the relaxing music for us. The host’s communication was great with all of the instructions on how to enter the property too. We had some nice breakfast food left ready for us and a good selection of coffee. The jacuzzi is set up in the basement below and is all self contained into the property and private. Great stay!

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. A perfect 10 out of 10 — we are infinitely grateful!

Situated in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, the hotel offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing Italian break, with good transport links to the main attractions and surrounding areas. The hotel is amazing as a getaway. Nice renovated rooms, good breakfast. Great territory. High-end restaurant on the premises. Great value for money

It has everything from dishwasher, washer to espresso machine. The location is great, steps away from Bolsena's old town main pedestrian street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Wholeheartedly recommended!

The location is central so it's easy to get around yet also quiet so you can relax in peace.

It was 2 story with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a heated towel rack. The property has a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped. The women that come in the am to make breakfast do a great job. They shop that morning and everything is fresh and presented nicely. But best of all is Simon who manages the property and is a great resource and so helpful. He made sure our visit was perfect.
