The owners are very lovely and we messaged a lot prior. They picked us up from the train station as there are no taxis. He drove us around the town showing us all the areas we will be visiting. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. We did not use the sauna as it's very hot outside. The hot tub was lovely to use. There is air conditioning in the living space and the bedroom. The fridge was stocked with yoghurts, water and jucies. There is plenty of coffee and tea options. Croissants and pancakes available for breakfast and lovely fruit bowl. We would love to return some day in a colder month to experience the sauna relax again.

The bedrooms are very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed some time relaxing around the pool which was a great break from our busy schedule. There's a lovely walk from the hotel into Cortona which we did almost daily. Breakfast included is a bonus and we also ate dinner at the hotel and enjoyed a great meal.
