The friendly reception made me feel very welcome from the start, and the hospitality throughout my stay was excellent. I also appreciated how safe and comfortable the environment felt. The view was amazing overall and perfect to swim at the gulf of aqaba since it had a private beach. We also want to give a special thanks to the hotel taxi driver, Hosein. He picked us up from the hotel and was such a social, cheerful, and happy person, always smiling. He shared stories about the history of Jordan, helped us with our luggage, and genuinely made us feel safe and well taken care of. His warmth and friendliness truly enhanced our stay.

A special mention goes to man (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name) who served us with such warmth and professionalism. The food itself was delicious, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed. Overall, both the hotel and the restaurant staff made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and I’ll certainly be returning.
