The location was great: the subway station was directly in front of the hotel entrance, and it was a 10-minute walk to Sakae. The room was also amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and there were so many amenities.

We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

The room with a river view was great, and the bath was lovely. The staff was super helpful and had prepared English information documents and menus even though they didn’t speak English.

Our room was incredible: spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional—so helpful and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a five-star experience through and through, and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Car parking was easy and free for guests! Great location! Great friendly staff. I would go back if in Nagoya!
