Location, service and the villa it self. It's amazing place and the service perfect. They offer pick up and drop off at the train station. We can definitely repeat our stay here. Everything, the room, facility, onsen, restaurant, food, services were exceptional. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing mount Fuji. We woke up watching the sunrise behind the mountain. Pink sky. Super lovely! There's an in room bath tub where you can bath and soak in Mr Fuji full-on. The hotel has all these little perks that shows their attention to details, how much they care for their guests well-being like free 'probiotic drink' in the morning (as much as you want to drink), ice popsicles (various flavors) for the afternoon until late night. Free ramen at 10pm, just in case you feel hungry. And of course, superb onsen facility!

Rooms are fitted with chic furnishings and large windows, which offer plenty of sunlight and great lake views. A flat-screen TV and a fridge are provided in the room. The en suite bathroom includes free toiletries. clean and the hospitality is very good!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Breakfast is good, dinner delivered to room and arranged by the lady was very delicious! Good quality meals. Beautiful Lake View room. Shuttle bus is good for us to check in and back to train station. Appreciate!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Absolutely amazing place. The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful.

Featuring a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Free private parking is available and the hotel also features a shuttle service for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. WOW! Service was fantastic, the villas were so clean, spectacular view, they were already stocked with anything you could ever need. Heated bathtub and toilet seats were such a cool touch. Loved the amenity sets and fridge already being stocked with some essentials and goodies. Vending machine, coffee machine and bath salts at the reception building. One of the wonderful staff members explained all of the info about the hotel to us in english, and there are lots of pamphlets in the rooms to remind you and are easy to translate from japanese. They helped with our bags and drove us from the check in building up to our villa. Our villa had an uninterrupted view of mt fuji from the second floor and the balcony, Im guessing this is the case for all of the villas based on the way they sit on the mountain. Each unit also had a designated parking space close to them. They also drove us back to the station on the morning of checkout.

The hotel features a hot tub and a concierge service. this was my fifth time in japan and this is probably the best stay ive had. the property is newly built so it was immaculately clean (although no housekeeping, we were there for two nights). the staff is incredible, friendly and warm. the breakfast delivered to our room everyday was amazing. i recommend booking at least one dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were exceptional. the complimentary light meal was already good enough. they also have a store a couple of steps away from the hotel where they sell a lot of high quality souvenirs. the free winery tour and wine were a nice touch.

It's difficult to choose only one thing because everything is perfect, but I would say the views of Mount Fuji from the open bath.

Great place, great food, really impressed with everything at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen, can't recommend it enough.
