The sight was great. The room was huge and comfortable. Walking in the hotel and having breakfast wearing the provided yukata was a soothing experience. The staff was helpful and available.

Sacamos la cena kaiseki que es realmente impresionante tanto en sabores como variedad. también fuimos al onsen privado y estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, con una hermosa vista al Monte Fuji.

Ofrece suites con jardín y baño termal privados. fantastic onsenji hotel! the staffs are very friendly and helpful. the location is also very nice,which is walkable , as well as the bus station is upon it. hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services to the kawaguchiko station. the amazing free breakfast and valuable dinner . onsenji is awesome!

We felt like royalty or rock stars! Our individual apartment comprised of two levels - a toilet on both levels and the most luxurious and high-tech bathroom on the main floor. The roof-top terrace was also gorgeous, and really well thought out and set up. We definitely needed and appreciated the umbrella so we could enjoy the gorgeous view of Mount Fuji as it greeted us each morning. The staff were outstanding from the initial meeting, and couldn't do enough for us. We loved the wine and goodies we were greeted with, and the bottles of cold water too. Do make use of the breakfasts - they are absolutely delicious - and get delivered to your door! Our only regret is that there was so much, we couldn't eat it all. Thanks for a fabulous stay - our next trip will consist of a week's stay rather than just two nights.

The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.
