Location wise, its right next to a cable car attraction which brings you over to the next "island" and it has a few eateries nearby too which is considered convenient.

The property is around 1.4 km from Dalmaji Hill, 3.4 km from BEXCO and 3.9 km from Busan Museum of Art. The resort features an indoor pool, fitness centre and luggage storage space. Everything was wonderful. The location and property was great. The only downside was that the code to enter the building was the wrong one given to us. However, there was always someone exiting the building so we were able to get inside. The other thing is the trash/recycling container. There should be more containers, especially as you’ll have to throw out your own recycling. This would make it easier for sorting, especially as people who don’t know the system would find this overwhelming. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Free admission for Premier room types or higher (admission fee applies for Deluxe room types) We went to Busan for the lantern fest at Samgwansa temple and looked for a hotel in Seomyeon: many buses go from Seomyeon directly to the temple or you can even walk there (3km), it takes only 25 minutes to go to Haeundae or Gamcheon village, less to Busan station. Lotte Hotel proved to be an excellent choice: rooms with spectacular views, all the furniture looked newly restored, very nice lounges, excellent wifi, good coffee, beautiful external pool, everyone extremely helpful — we will stay there again, when in Busan.
