Roof top is amazing with unique views. They came to pick me up at a safe and easy to find location. The staff is very nice. Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location was perfect, right near the Medina! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They also arranged my airport pickup and drop off which was very helpful. The breakfast was great, and lastly, the Riad itself is very beautiful! I had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. We’re so grateful for their kindness—thank you so much!

I loved this place from the moment I booked. I was here for one night only but It was a very good experience. This Riad has many special touches. The staff at the Riad are outstanding. The communication before our stay with Hanae was excellent with details of airport pick up and how to get to the riad . We were guided the whole way. Then we were given details on how to navigate the city and tips of what not to do. The riad is centrally located. The rooms are lovely very private.We had our breakfast on the rooftop.

If I could give an 10+ I would. The host Moufir is fantastic. He is so helpfull with everything. Nothing is to must. He arranged a privateguide for us to see the medina and walked with us to the restaurant. The guide is Moundir and raised up in the medina so he knows a lot. I would certainly go to this accomodation again and that is because of the host
