Luxury Hotels in Yucatan

Great stay. TV in room was not good. Especially for 5 stars hotel. Telling this to the reception was not helping.

Everything has been simply outstanding. The location (the hotel is in a secluded part of Tulum in the jungle but few minutes by car from the main beach clubs), the room (very big and with a nice private swimmingpool) and the service, especially our meals at Distrito Maya, the restaurant of the hotel. The chef prepared refined and gourmet maya dishes for us and went extra-mile creating romantic and suggestive setting and mise en place for our last dinner. Unforgettable

The condo was excellent! Very clean and roomy with a walkout to a patio and garden. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room were outstanding. The location was superb: 7-11 store just outside, grocery store around the corner, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach! The parking garage was very accessible. Rafael and Liana were both very helpful. I will try to book the same condo next time I go to Playa del Carmen!

This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

Fantastic and very luxurious apartment. The condominium was very safe with 24/7 security. Pools are gigantic and location is unbeatable. Thank you very much to Vicente for his outstanding service! Can't wait to be back!

Location superb for visiting Chichen Itzá. Very cozy hotel with nice pool right next to Oxxo. Basic breakfast with some pastries, coffee and tea - all tasty. Rooms nice and comfy beds. Gives 'hidden gem' vibes.

Such a nice accommodation, was very quiet and felt luxurious. Staff was also very helpful with getting us to chichen itza

The view is amazing, the food is quite tasty, feels very luxury for a fair price. I would absolutely rate 5 stars and highly recommend this if not for the staff to be very rude
