The style of the outside of the Hotel was welcoming. On entering, it had a clean stylish interior. Very tastefully decorated and sympathetically decorated to the style of the colonial period. The whole place had a beautiful dreamy atmosphere about it. The Staff in every area of the hotel delivered Outstanding Customer Service. They were helpful and eager to help without being overbearing . The outside eating area remained me of being by the pool area, with three or four areas where you could draw the beautiful coordinating curtains for privacy. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but was told the temperature was just right. The breakfast offer was just right to set you up for the day because all around were great places for you to eat other things you might like.

22 Skyview es un alojamiento de 5 estrellas situado en Bukit Mertajam, a 16 km de Sunway Carnival Mall y a 19 km de Puente de Penang. This was one of the best stay in Penang! We booked the queen room and the room was spotless clean. The bathroom was very clean too. I am a person who is very particular of the bathroom cleanliness and this place matched my expectations. Thank you for highlighting on Booking.com that you have a bidet in your toilets. Not sure of others, but I choose my place to stay based on tbe availability of bidet and level of cleanliness. The room also had a great window with a sitting space that we could just sit, read and relax. It was very easy liasing for the place with great customer service. The servicing agent/ owner was very friendly. They have a very kind and friendly helper too! Loved my stay so much and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Please maintain this service and cleanliness.

Necessities is complete, Has baby cutlery and baby chair which is suitable for my infant. Host is very friendly. Her assistant Mr Phil is also very helpful. The security are helpful too. I like this building as it is gated and secure. Rooms upstairs are spacious and my family is happy with this stay. It was a last minute booking and we manage to check in smoothly. Keep up the good work.

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!
