The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu tiene piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness, restaurante y bar en Kota Kinabalu. Great location; right at the centre and by the seaside. I was checking in at 5pm but the room wasnt ready. They were kind enough to upgrade and add complementary breakfast. Its not about the freebies but going above and beyond to show you care.

They provide exceptional service and communication is top notch, the best I have encountered. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The lightings are switch on by touch. The Grab service would drop off sort of behind. That area in the morning is not accessible because of a myr$4 charge to enter for cars. Just walk to Takaful for pick up. At night, the boom gate is open. The foot bridge (10 mins) to the Waterfront near there too. Go to Welcome Seafood by crossing the road next to Nasi Lemak Kahwin and walk through the building to the other side.Great food and service. Watson is also across that road. Great to buy bottle water, medicine and toiletries.

Lovely small boutique hotel-style residence. They have 6 rooms in total, each newly renovated, clean, modern, and full of high-quality amenities (toiletries, slippers, tea etc.). Comfy bed and large rain-shower. Staff were wonderful and helpful: we booked last minute and they were able to help us immediately! Location close to good seafood restaurants and quite central.

I stayed here for a night on 30.07.2025. The hotel room is superb, feels premium and it is worth the price. The concept is a modern hotel in the forest. Getting to the apartment is a breeze and the elevator is only a short walk away. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Accessing the parking space was covered in a video walkthrough. Communication was easy thanks to the WhatsApp and the host's friendly nature. The apartment unit has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious living room/dining area. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom. In the event that you have a large number of people in your group, there is also an extra seating area or a bonus room. The kitchen had electric stoves, a microwave and an oven in it. The washer and the large fridge are both fantastic features. We will definitely think about going back to this apartment again during our next trip home.
