Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Far beyond expectations. Additionally, I left my Bose headphones in my room when I left, 100 percent my fault. The staff boxed them up and had them delivered to me at their expense. So kind.

The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and so well equipped. The rooms, living area and kitchen are bigger than we've experienced. Just lovely! Will return.
