The host was very helpful and friendly, he received us in person despite our night arrival. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the goodies we needed, plus some nice treats from the host. We totally recommend this place if you are in the area. A comfortable bed and pillows, 5 stars place.

Perfect 5 stars in Porto!!

Exceptional service from arrival to departure. We had 3 fantastic days at the hotel, all the staff are really professional and the facilities are amazing - huge grounds to explore plus a great pool, spa and good gym with machines and some free weights. Food is generous in portions and wines range from straightforward to seriously classy (but still good value). It was everything we’d expect from a luxury hotel and more. Definitely coming back some day soon.

This hotel feels like a 5 star luxury hotel: amazing staff, they were very friendly and helped us navigate the city, gave great recommendations for sights, food and shopping. The room felt very new and extremely clean, the breakfast was great as well. Location was superb. Would definitely recommend and return!

You can not fault this amazing place. 2nd time here I 6 months. Perfect! We stayed I room A4, penthouse suite with amazing views over Porto. A very special thanks and mention for 2 amazing staff. Namely Juiletta and Luiz:) It is now our Go Back Too place when in Porto. As the name suggests it's right in front of the fabulous Bolão market and very close to all amenities. 5 stars :)))

This is the best hotel we ever stayed in: tastefully designed and decorated. The private outside areas were comfortably furnished, olive trees gave protection from the sun. They make their own olive oil and wine. The chef was outstanding, we had two dinners there. The overall experience and ambiance were superb. I would have given it a score of 20, if it was available. The location is superb, the staff are hospitable, the room is clean and outstanding, the interior decoration is amazing and the price is very reasonable. And the breakfast is very satisfying. I rate it as a five star hotel. We got no regrets. Thanks for the experience and for the service, Grande Hotel do Porto.
