Spacious air-conditioned rooms at Fairmont come with a private balcony, with some offering views of the skyline and Marina Bay waterfront. Each room is equipped with a TV with cable channels and a tea/coffee maker. The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

The infinity pool is lovely can oversee Batam city centre. Breakfast selection is not bad. There are cereal, yogurt, fruits, noodles and nasi lemak (no live cooking station). Surroundings: There are two spa places downstairs the hotel and are reasonably priced with great environment.

Other facilities were also great, nice swimming pool and modern gym. Breakfast and evening snacks were good and plenty enough. It is also in walking distance to a metro station.
