Kids club was huge and had a great variety of things for our kids. 8th floor been had a clear suspension ridge and a slide to go down to third floor!

Located on Dawan seashore, Chateau Beach Resort Kenting is a lovely retreat where you can expect sandy beach with seashells, glorious sunshine and blue sea. The setting offers beach access, rooms with private balconies, free WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs. It features outdoor pools, a kid's club, a spa and several dining options. Everything! The room was very comfortable, the facilities were excellent, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We had to checkout early and head back to Taoyuan Airport because of an incoming typhoon and the hotel even gave us a partial refund! Totally unexpected and unasked for on our part and a truly generous act.

Guest rooms feature marvellous sea and garden views. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with free film channels, refrigerator, free WiFi access and free mineral water. Villas with spa baths feature unique décor and private terraces. We loved everything from the moment we arrived. The bell service team and front desk team were friendly and very helpful. The resort and resort facilities are very well maintained and clean. We loved the thoughtfulness around kids - starting from our room (they had bed rails and cot set up for us, a baby bath tub with body wash and kids slippers ready in the room) to the restaurants (kids cutlery and crockery very cute with clean high chairs) and then the large kids recreational centre. We had a typhoon during our trip to Kenting so the large indoor kids recreational centre was super helpful - meant we could entertain our toddler whilst being indoors for a full day. The breakfast buffet was amazing - both Taiwanese and western breakfast options and more! The lotus restaurant also does a thai hot pot which we enjoyed.

About a 2-minute walk from the beach, Howard Villa features Balinese-style villas with luxurious bedrooms, outdoor spa bathtubs and their own wading pool. Located by the beach side of Kenting, the villa provides free Wi-Fi and airport shuttle from Hengchun Airport. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful. They were always happy to help. The villa was nice with a great swimming pool and hot tub.
