Perfect location, about 10 mins walk to Ximen MRT Station and maybe 15 mins to Taipei Main Station (Where you can get the Taoyuan Airport MRT). The hotel main entrance in at the right side of the building, this is only a lobby, you take the lift up to the 6th floor for Reception. I booked for a high floor and got the 28th floor with a great view at the river side. The room was very good, modern, separate toilet and reasonable sized. They supplied pajamas and slippers in the room and all the essential toiletries can be got on the 6th floor in reception in a well layout display cabinet. There is a laundry room also on the 6th floor where you can do your own washing and drying (X3 washing machines and X3 dryers) they take coins only. The breakfast was fabulous with both continental and Taiwan cuisine. They supply free bottles of water and Tea/Coffee at the end of reception up till 10pm. There was also a kittle in the room with a safe. Ximen is a great area for eating, drinks and shopping, very lively at night time.

Love the atmosphere, the smell in the lobby, very chic hotel, the rooms are big and comfy… love it all. The SPA is clean and very good staff.

Designed in modern and chic style, 5 minutes’ walk from MRT Daan Station, Chez Nous boasts high standard guest rooms and suites for travellers. Free WiFi is enjoyable throughout the property. It is close to the station and is also a good location for city access and to nearby hot springs and night markets. At the same time, it is located in a quiet and pleasant place, so it is good for a night walk. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite delicious and served in a variety of dishes. I'd like to revisit.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen está muy bien situado en el barrio de Distrito de Zhongzheng, Taipéi, a 7 min a pie de Palacio Presidencial de Taipéi, a 300 metros de Taipei Zhongshan Hall y a pocos... This is a new hotel that opened earlier in 2024 and the room is very clean. The location is unbeatable, literally just next to one of the subway exits. Although it;s right next to a major intersection, the sound insulation is good and generally no noise fromthe traffic could be heard. The staff are very friendly.

Located in the Daan District district in Taipei, Kimpton - Da An Hotel offers 5-star rooms with free WiFi. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a fitness centre and a concierge service. I thought the hotel was one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Taiwan. The room was incredibly spacious and it felt very cosy and classy at the same time. I'm very particular about hotels not being crowded and I was really happy with how there were barely any people and if there were it wasn't noisy or messy. The staff was really friendly and helpful to us as well! I really enjoyed their social hours at the lobby, its an interesting way to make your guests interact organically. Price was, I think its very reasonable and worth every $
