Conrad Washington DC is situated in downtown Washington DC. The property is located 2 blocks from Washington Convention Center, Capital One Arena, and two main metro stops, Metro Center and Gallery Place, which is located next to CityCenter DC featuring luxury shopping and dining. Very friendly and inviting staff who always went out of their way to make you feel welcome and listened to. Very roomy and clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Ever. Amenities were great, restaurant and bar was exceptional.

Before we even arrived, communication from Nico exceeded all expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view over the garden. There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.

A microwave and coffee maker are also provided. I am a repeat customer and will come back again. This hotel is awesome from the the moment you walk in the door. Staff are all super friendly, the zones in the lobby are very comfortable with a great vibe and the rooms are spacious with a great design aesthetic.😍
