Before we even arrived, communication from Nico exceeded all expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view over the garden. There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.

The bed was extremely comfortable and floor was so quite. slept like a dream!! Our fur baby loved it too! The beautiful front desk attendant on Sunday morning was absolutely wonderful!!!
