Great welcome and fantastic property- as visiting from UK loved the old world charm of the property with modern amenities. Loved the Shed area to relax away from the main building. Great breakfast and service. Location was perfect with a short walk to all local attractions. Very comfortable room with a great shower! Sadly we only stayed one night - wish we could have stayed longer.

The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

Este hotel ecológico de Rhode Island se encuentra a 4 minutos en coche de la histórica ciudad de Newport y a poca distancia a pie de varias boutiques. beautiful quaint property. staff was a pleasure. we got complementary cookies on our first night by surprise in our room which was such a nice touch! the fireplace in the room was what sold me on this place. definitely would like to come back in the Summer to enjoy the outdoor space! Drinks were worth the price and my husband said the steak was top 3 best he has ever had! LOVED THE SHOWER with all the different shower heads felt like I was in a spa! Thank you to all at Forty 1 North!
