The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

The property was excellent and very well cared for. Serina was an excellent cook as well and the breakfast was the best start to the day. The property is also located in the perfect place. Away from the foot traffic but a short walk to everything. Also directly next to a beautiful park to see the sunset behind the bridge. Definitely a gem of Newport.

A 4-minute drive from historic Newport and within walking distance of a variety of boutique shops, this eco-friendly Rhode Island hotel features harbour views, 2 on-site restaurants, and free Wi-Fi. beautiful quaint property. staff was a pleasure. we got complementary cookies on our first night by surprise in our room which was such a nice touch! the fireplace in the room was what sold me on this place. definitely would like to come back in the Summer to enjoy the outdoor space! Drinks were worth the price and my husband said the steak was top 3 best he has ever had! LOVED THE SHOWER with all the different shower heads felt like I was in a spa! Thank you to all at Forty 1 North!
