The resort was clean, well maintained and the restaurants, both for breakfast and dinner, were excellent. The pool was very enjoyable as well with its view of the ocean.

The perfect place we’ve ever been. The staff is very supportive, the rooms clean and very beautiful. When we came there one of the room wasn’t prepared, they took 30 minutes to fix the problem and for excuses proposed spa for all group of six people. We really appreciated that. During the stay we got here: free tickets to cable car, free access to water park, free tickets to kiss bridge, transfer from/to pier and at first day even we got breakfast when came to hotel at 10 a.m. The hotel organised at day we came boat trip, and every time were ready to help in every step. Nobody ask us to write a good review. Very grateful to everybody of hotel stuff for our perfect stay here! Happy New Year! P.S. if you take the room with sea view you have a great chance to see show at 20:00 from your balcony very clear.

Casepia está muy bien situado en el barrio de An Thoi, Phu Quoc, a 24 km de Pagoda de Sung Hung, a 46 km de Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc y a 46 km de Corona Casino. El staff muy amable y atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos, nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, además nos gestionaron alquiler de motos y tours. Mi pareja estuvo de cumpleaños y como no pude conseguir un pastel (debido al año nuevo lunar) ellos le consiguieron uno, ese mismo día en la mañana me ayudaron a cantarle feliz cumpleaños. La habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa, la cama confortable. Desde el balcón podíamos ver el atardecer, los fuegos artificiales y el show de agua. El hotel tiene un restaurant con comida para todos los gustos, la comida era muy buena. Por reservar en este hotel te regalan un ticket para el cable car y el parque de agua.

My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was our home for 6 nights. Everything was amazing - service, food, amenities, comfort of the villa etc. I really liked how communication with the staff could be done through an application. they were very prompt with their replies and accommodating to our requests too. We could even request for buggy service from the main lobby to and from our villa, something we really appreciated when it was raining or when we were carrying many things. The villa we stayed in was huge, comfortable and amazing, we especially loved the sunken living room. Huge thank you to the friendly service crew, really gonna miss this place and hope to be back here someday.

The hotel is super modern, very comfortable, every detail is thought through and created for the people to enjoy! Spotless clean and well organized. Staff was beyond amazing, they let us check in earlier when the room was ready. Walking distance to the best beach we have seen in Phu quoc. They had a very cute dog in the hotel who was super calm and didn’t disturb the guests at all.
