Staff is present everywhere and quick to assist you. The common areas are amazingly designed and well fitted in the forrest. There are animals casually walking around. Lastly, the dinner and breakfast was an experience by itself.

I texted the hotel about 5 hrs before arrival and they were able to arrange transport for us. We were very happy.

Transfers were excellent, on time and efficient. We also took the Panorama Tour which gave us a look at the fabulous scenery and geographic marvels of the area.

Everything, since the pick up at the airport to the drives on their reserve and the neighbors. Staff did everything to please us and surprised us in the last night with an extra romantic decoration for the room. Also, our last breakfast was by the damn watching the giraffes.
