Czech RepublicOne of the nicest Courtyards I have ever stayed in. Lovely new building, you see the whole city under you and the mountains!! Amazing gym, pool, terrace on top. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff super nice and helped us book a trip for the next day - thank u so much!!!

Booking.com booked the wrong Hotel. I had booked for Marriott Hotel in Santiago SPAIN but it flipped to Marriott in Chile.. NOT IMPRESSED.

In Santiago's heart, Marriott stands tall,
Beside the malls, where shoppers roam and call.
Though rooms are small and beds too soft to please,
Safe streets invite, with eateries to tease.
A breakfast spread of fruits and breads to taste,
A morning joy, no morsel left to waste.
Yet, muscles ache for gyms of sturdier stuff,
A firmer bed would make waking less rough.

Location to airport was why we booked with the Marriott Santiago Airport. We were very happy with the venues facilities and meals, so much so we returned for another night.

It was terrible, the heater in the room was broken and even though I was told that someone would come to fix it nobody did so it was a cold which kept waking me up. I had dinner at the hotel and at around 8PM and was told that the only option available was spaghetti. There were many other problems during my stay. I will never stay at a Marriott again based on my terrible experience.
