the property is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants on site for those who don’t want to leave, but also they have a complimentary shuttle to patong and the mall which is super convenient. What makes the stay 5 star is the quality of service. The staff is lovely, always smiling and lending a helping hand. The staff go out of their way to help. Always willing to help and never makes you feel uncomfortable or awkward. The restaurant also had very friendly staff and the food was great.

Super family-friendly hotel! My kids love the fun pool with the slides, got them busy for hours. On days when it rained, we were able to bring our baby and toddler to the kids club and have fun for hours. they even have activities for the kids to take part in, very thoughtful. Breakfast was great too, very good spread.
