Location: 5/5 - The hotel is situated in an ideal location, it has convenient access to Asok BTS Station which is a lifesaver in view of the notorious Bangkok traffic jam. Loved the fact that the hotel is located central enough yet it had multiple access to stir clear of traffic. Staff Friendliness: 5/5 - The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making guests feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. Kudos to Donny, who made out tiring commute (being stuck in traffic for 2 hours coming in from the airport), all invigorating with his cheerful and personable demeanour. And throughout our stay, he was a total ray of light every time we see him at the front desk. Overall Rating: 5/5 - This hotel receives a top rating for its excellent location and friendly staff, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience.
