The staff go out of their way to help. Always willing to help and never makes you feel uncomfortable or awkward. The restaurant also had very friendly staff and the food was great.

the property is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants on site for those who don’t want to leave, but also they have a complimentary shuttle to patong and the mall which is super convenient. What makes the stay 5 star is the quality of service. The staff is lovely, always smiling and lending a helping hand. They have 3 pools, a 24/7 gym, beach access and tons of activities for kids and adults. Great for families, solo and couples

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast menu was superb . I had an early flight on second day of my stay and the staff very generously packed a tiffin for us.
