The key to our room stopped working and they had to bypass the lock to let us into our room with all of our stuff. We were then confined to the room so we could get back in if anyone left. After a long day this was not how I expected our stay to go. After all that all we got was a "sorry." Unacceptable and honestly I expected better from Marriott.
