Wonderful ambience! Loved the rooftop room with views of the city. A great place to relax! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone spoke good English. Javiera at the front desk helped us arrange expeditions, and make alternate plans when boat trip was canceled due to wind. Many thanks!

It has been the best place I have stayed in Patagonia. It truly feels like a home while being a respectful guesthouse. This is completely attributed to the owner Pancho who has created a small amazing welcoming environment that is like no other.

Everything went perfect, Staff was really supportive since our arrival and made us feel really comfortable. The location of this hotel has amazing views, and I would also recommend the "Glaciar Serrano Expedition"
