We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

Everything was perfect. Staff was really helpful. They helped us with the taxi service always. The breakfast was good, it has enough European selections. Room was pretty big and they clean it up every day.
