The reception is open 24-hour. Warm welcome, personal did their best, cleaning lady very sweet, comfortable beds, great communicating rooms and correct price. Good breakfast, good position geographically for the occasion, and great gym.

The public area is really interesting and well laid out. The open plan works well. The reception experience was new to my wife and I so we had to get help to register. The staff on hand were very helpful and welcoming putting us at ease making sure we got what we wanted. They also explained all the necessities' to us which helped us relax. Throughout our stay the hotel staff were superb. They always acknowledged you, were very helpful and friendly.

Bed bloody comfy, clean and super friendly staff. Elhadi receptionist was exceptional and a tribute to this hotel. Did not experience the things the lower ratings had previously mentioned.
