The size of the room was great and with a large ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very generous with a good, varied selection of food on offer. The Pub and Grill was excellent and the staff very professional but also friendly. A bar staff member Charlotte was exceptional, very courteous and attentive especially as I am registered disabled. The staff on reception were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone including family and friends .

We stay in quite a few hotels for different reasons but this was the best night's sleep we have both had in a hotel for a very long time, possibly the best night ever! Very comfortable. Couldn't fault anything. Beautifully decorated and quiet in the countryside which we love.

I liked the old feel art deco feel to the building it felt homely rather than the almost clinical feel that some of the new hotels can have.

We love the hotel we always go to this one its affordable, always clean , always quite , we are always comfortable and it's so close to everything. We have been to a few hotels around Llandudno and we found this one to be our favourite. If your looking for top top quality and room service ect go to a posh hotel if you want somewhere affordable and basic but comfortable and close to everything then this is your hotel! We love it and will be back soon thanks for having us ☺️

Thought it was a lovely hotel however hotel internet was down so car wasn't registered for free parking resulted in parking fine. Despite several phone calls and emails sent the issue has not been sorted by management despite being reassured that action would be taken by today. Very disappointing.

On entering our room it looked clean and comfortable as expected. Then when I opened the bathroom door I could see grime under the sink rim, I took some tissue and it wiped off easily. But that gave me an initial negative impression of the cleanliness of the hotel. Apart from that negative, everything else was as you would expect a Marriott hotel to be. Clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay in the Marriott Hotel, Cardiff. I'm confined to a wheelchair and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ella at Reception. They really made our stay a pleasure. The hotel itself is beautifully refurbished and decorated and beds are comfortable. The restaurant, 'Brown's' is good with an extensive menu and seems popular with the wider Cardiff public too. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
