Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the young man who met my wife and me and accommodated us, but I am very grateful to him - he tried to fulfill all our wishes - a quiet room with a perfectly working air conditioner. He called back, clarified if everything was okay. This is very nice!! Also thanks to the staff responsible for parking - they always found a place, helped.
