The location is excellent, at walking distance from the city centre, night hubs and main attractions. The hotel is in a small and secluded alley which contributes to a quiet stay. The tables are laid on the outside on the alley making it even more attractive and pleasant. Breakfast choices are superb. The room was fairly sized and it had a very useful kitchenette. All decorated in bright yellow. Staff was always handy and ready to help.

Anna was wonderful and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, a washing machine and a lovely balcony. The apartment is a short walk to the acropolis area and a bunch of restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the more local areas. One of our highlights was eating at Olympian restaurant which Anna suggested and was our best meal in Athens! The roof top is also a wonderful edition to see views over the neighbourhood and the acropolis.

The location is exceptiona in the city centre, just 140 meters from the bus stop Syntagma square. For us the accommodation worked great and I highly recommend for someone who needs the city centre access. Pre registration is needed, and you receive 3 passwords: one for the building, one for the sharing door, and one for your own room. It's not some wow room, and I don't compere it with luxury places, but for the price and what is needed, I would rate 10

Great location, easy access to major monuments and metro. The apartment really had everything I could have possibly needed; all was good condition and very clean and well-kept. Spectacular views of the Acropolis. Particularly from the vast rooftop terrace. Very helpful and kind host. Her positive energy contributed to my wonderful stay.

Very nice 3* hotel with elements of 4*. The work of the staff is very good, very clean, the rooms are small but cosy, there are much more attributes of comfort than usually offered in 3*. Very nice and pleasant little gift from the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer any questions I had. The overall environment was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, my roommates were very respectful towards each other, which greatly contributed to a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

The communication with the host was great! He was very responsive and polite. The apartment is located a few blocks away from Monastiraki square (~10m walk). Price was fair! We were told it's a dangerous area, but actually there are few hotels around, and some great restaurants in a walk distance. I guess you should just avoid walking alone.
