Although currently under renovations (the only reason this is not tap marks), the staff more than makes up for the ongoing work. Welcoming and kind, I had an injured foot and no three separate staffers each interacted with me to both encourage and see how they could help. The rooms are very clean and block out all outside light, and the beds are comfortable and I did not hear any neighbors. One of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel.
