Size and comfort and 0 noise levels are all very good attributes of this accommodation. Good comfy beds.

The reception people were very professional, courteous and friendly. Marelina helped us with the luggage, registration and orientation. She made us feel settled down easily and quickly.

Excellent location in the historical part of the city. The main tourist locations are located within walking distance. We were there in the winter, but there were no problems with heating the room. Special thanks to the owner, who is always ready to help with any issues. The hotel's interior contributes to immersion in the historical environment of the city.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The B&B is in a quiet, nice area fairly close to the city centre - 30 mins walk. Lorenzo is a very nice host; it was easy to communicate with him, and problems that suddenly emerged with hot water were solved promptly. An additional bonus were the comic books in the shared space - really good works in good Italian editions. Good pastry shops nearby for breakfast - our favourite was Pasticceria Statuto, convenience stores and a large Coop also close by.

What I particularly liked was the location, which was very convenient and provided a pleasant environment. Additionally, the staff working there were extremely professional and helpful. Their positive attitude really contributed to making my overall experience positive.

Friendliness of staff. Extras such as free drink and pasta were a brilliant edition. The plans and options for guests were well thought out and make for an even better experience

My stay at the finest hotel in Florence exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome to the personalized attention and kindness of the staff, every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. The facilities are top-notch, the location is perfect, and I have no complaints. Highly recommended for a spectacular stay in Florence. I will definitely be back!
